NRAS Incentive Index for 2020-21
THE NRAS Incentive Index determines how much an investor will receive as the NRAS incentive for the year.
It is taken from the Rents Component (weighted average of eight capital cities) of the December Consumer Price Index. Which shows a 0.2 per cent increase in 2020-21
